Harley Quinn Edible Cookie Dough

Incredibly easy! So easy a kid can make this edible cookie dough. Just make sure you are keeping and eye on the stand mixer. You can also use a hand mixer, but I prefer the stand mixer because it is easier to get the edible cookie dough nice and fluffy. 

YES, but I wouldn’t recommend freezing this because it could get icy. But you could make this edible cookie dough a few hours ahead of time and simply wrap tightly in plastic wrap. This will keep the cream ingredients from separating. Also make sure you add sprinkles right before you are ready to eat, that way they stay crisp and fresh. 

What about a different theme?

Yes you can absolutely make this Edible Cookie Dough in different themes. I have made a Gamora Edible Cookie Dough and a basic Edible Cookie Dough themed for Valentine’s Day. The possibilities are endless! Just substitute the food coloring and sprinkles for your favorite colors.

Harley Quinn Red and Black Edible Cookie Dough

Harley Quinn Edible Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 C sugar
  • 1 C unsalted sweet cream butter
  • 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 3/4 C flour
  • 1 C of Harley Quinn Sprinkles
  • Red and Black food coloring

Harley Quinn Sprinkles

  • 1 pouch of Red and Black Nonpareil's, Red and Black Jumbo Nonpareil's and sprinkle Jimmies (bought from Michaels craft stores)

Instructions

  1. Using a standing mixer, cream together the sugar and butter until fluffy and combined
  2. Mix in the vanilla and salt and mix until combined and fluffy
  3. Beat in the flour, 1/4 C of the flour at a time just until all combined
  4. Divide the dough into 2 portions and add in a few drops off each food coloring into their own bowl, mixing until colors are blended
  5. Place the dough back into the mixing bowl, and add in the Deadpool sprinkles and slightly mix together but now to much so that the colors fully combine!
  6. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop portions out or eat out of the bowl yourself!
  7. Make sure you have a big glass of milk!
