“Baked” Sweet Potatoes – 2 SmartPoints

Chicken & Dumplings – 5 SmartPoints

Mongolian Beef – 12 SmartPoints

  3. what are the serving sizes for all the recipes. You tell the points, is that for the whole recipe? New to WW so I dont know how this works. thank you

      Serving sizes are usually on the recipe post so I would check the recipes you like. Usually it’s 4 to 8 but each one should tell you 😉
