2 1⁄4 C flour
1 1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1 1⁄2 tsp baking soda
1⁄2 C sugar, can use artificial sweetener
1⁄2 C all-natural unsweetened applesauce
4 large egg whites
1⁄3 C canola oil
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 C skim milk
1⁄4 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 C chopped walnuts
How to make WW Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners
Step 2. Using a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Step 3. Using a large bowl, beat the sugar, applesauce, eggs, and oil until frothy.
Step 4. Alternating between the mashed banana and dry ingredients, gradually beat the two together until combined
Step 5. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.

When do you put in the skim milk??? It’s not mentioned at all in the directions…only mentioned in the ingredient list. Help!
I added the milk at the same time I added the bananas. That’s how it usually works with my mom’s recipe for banana bread. It worked fine for me.
