Ingredients:

1 tsp Olive Oil

1/2 Large Onion (Diced)

2 cups Broccoli Florets (Cut Into 1-Inch Pieces)

4 Large Eggs

1 cup Low-Fat (1%) Milk

1/3 cup Italian Mixed Cheese (Freshly Grated)

1/2 tsp Fine Sea Salt

Black Pepper (Freshly Ground)

1/2 tsp Oregano (Dried)

½ Tsp Paprika

HOW TO MAKE:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat a 9’ inch pie dish with a non-stick baking spray.

Step 2. In a large skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium heat.  Add onion and broccoli and cook, until softened, for 9 min.

Step 3. Pour your vegetables into the pie dish and spread evenly.

Step 4. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, Italian cheese, salt, pepper paprika, and oregano.

Step 5. Pour egg mixture evenly over vegetables.

Step 6. Bake for about 35 minutes. Cool quiche 10 minutes before serving.
