Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Large Onion Diced
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets Cut Into 1-Inch Pieces
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Low-Fat 1% Milk
  • 1/3 cup Italian Mixed Cheese Freshly Grated
  • 1/2 tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper Freshly Ground
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano Dried
  • ½ Tsp Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat a 9’ inch pie dish with a non-stick baking spray.
  • In a large skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add onion and broccoli and cook, until softened, for 9 min.
  • Pour your vegetables into the pie dish and spread evenly.
  • In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, Italian cheese, salt, pepper paprika, and oregano.
  • Pour egg mixture evenly over vegetables.
  • Bake for about 35 minutes. Cool quiche 10 minutes before serving.
