Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat a 9’ inch pie dish with a non-stick baking spray.
In a large skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add onion and broccoli and cook, until softened, for 9 min.
Pour your vegetables into the pie dish and spread evenly.
In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, Italian cheese, salt, pepper paprika, and oregano.
Pour egg mixture evenly over vegetables.
Bake for about 35 minutes. Cool quiche 10 minutes before serving.
