You can’t go wrong with this classic Weight Watchers breakfast sandwich! 5 Freestyle Smartpoints per serving
All you need are ten ingredients to recreate the breakfast flavor combo you crave.
Ingredients:
Light English muffins
Slices of American cheese
Sausage patties
Eggs
Egg whites
Onion chopped
Orange bell pepper chopped
Chopped raw broccoli
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Weight Watchers Breakfast Sandwiches:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, egg whites, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Blend on high until fluffy and well combined.

Step 3. Layer the vegetables in the bottom of a well-greased 9×13 baking dish.
Step 4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the baking dish.
Step 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the egg is cooked through.
Step 6. While the eggs are baking, toast the English muffins to your liking, and prepare the sausage patties according to the package instructions.
Step 7. Cut the cooked egg mixture into 12 even pieces.
Step 8. Layer the slice of egg, a slice of cheese and a sausage patty on each English muffin. Refrigerate or freeze any leftover sandwiches, and eat them as needed.

Instructions
