I am constantly looking for new ways to use my Instant Pot. I also love a bit of a punch. And mac & cheese? That’s a staple in most homes. So combining these equals the easiest and yummiest dish you might ever make – the family favorite Instant Pot Jalapeño Popper Mac and Cheese.
How easy is Instant Pot Jalapeño Popper Mac and Cheese to make?
Super easy! As with most Instant Pot meals this is pretty much dump most of the ingredients into your Instant Pot and set it. For this recipe you would need to add the cheese afterward but it’s not hard at all. Easy enough for kids to make and you can do it without jalapeños if you think they will be too spicy.
Can you save leftovers?
ABSOLUTELY. Just seal the Instant Pot Jalapeño Popper Mac and Cheese into an airtight container and you can store for up to 48 hours.
How to reheat Instant Pot Jalapeño Popper Mac and Cheese
You can pop your delicious mac & cheese into the microwave and heat up for 60-90 seconds. Place a paper towel over the top of your container to prevent messes. OR you can transfer your Instant Pot Jalapeño Popper Mac and Cheese to an oven save casserole dish and bake at 325° for about 20 minutes. Make it extra with some bread crumbs (or crushed corn flakes!) sprinkled on top. You’ll thank me later for that little tip…
