Summer Tomato, Onion & Cucumber Salad: So refreshing and simple.

Ingredients:
Cucumbers peeled and sliced
Tomatoes chopped
Onion sliced into rings
White vinegar
Oil
Granulated sugar
Water
Salt and pepper to taste
How to make cucumber, Onion, and Tomato Salad:
Step 1. Chop the vegetables, and place them into a mixing bowl.
Step 2. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, water, sugar and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3. Pour the vinegar mixture over the vegetables, and toss to coat.
Step 4. Refrigerate the mixture for a minimum of 2-3 hours before serving.
