Cucumber, Onion and Tomato Salad

- 2 Cucumbers peeled and sliced
- 3 Plum tomatoes chopped
- 1 Onion sliced into rings

C. White vinegar
- ΒΌ C. Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Granulated sugar Sweet N Low Granulated Sugar Substitute = 0points

C. Water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Chop the vegetables, and place them into a mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, water, sugar and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the vinegar mixture over the vegetables, and toss to coat.
Refrigerate the mixture for a minimum of 2-3 hours before serving.
