Tried this recipe?Let us know how it was!
Just made these. They’re awful.
I did too, they came out absolutely disgusting. I know how to cook a pancake and these did not cook properly and flattened out into mush. I cooked on 2/10 and they still burnt with complete mush on the inside. Do not recommend, AT ALL.
Hi,
I need guest post at
https://lifeshehas.com
I am waiting for your good response.
I just made this. They were not pretty like the picture because I couldn’t flip it. Too mushy. So I i
chopped it up a little. Cooked ok, a little burnt but I ate it and it wasn’t bad at all. I think the batter may have to sit in the fridge or something. But 0 points makes it worth it. Also sweet enough no need for syrup
This is what I do only I add 2 Tbls ground oats. Adds pts but so worth it!!!! Also adds fiber and nutrition and will keep you going all morning.
These were so amazing! I drizzled some PB2 over the top with some blueberries for a very satisfying pre-workout breakfast! Even my hubby loved them!
We tried these, they were great! They are very thin, really more like crepes than pancakes. But we loved the banana flavor. And for zero points, what a deal.
Like others have posted, there was NO WAY to turn these pancakes over…they never firmed up for me. I did make a substitution with Just Eggs (trying to stay plant based) but these didn’t work. Having a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast…not a great way to start my first full week of WW.
@Meri, I eat oatmeal with frozen blueberries every day, Zero points on my personal points. I love it and lost 21 pounds in three months. Although I also stay within my points every day and stop eating after supper. I can’t believe it! I am 78 and thought it was harder to lose weight at my age up the scale proved me wrong.
As everyone said. You cannot flip. I tried low and slow but that didn’t work. Ended up. Scraping out of pan and microwaved for 30 seconds. Put it on a plate and drizzled a very small amount of sugar free syrup o top. Didn’t like appealing but tasted pretty good. For zero points, I may make again if at a loss for something else. I’d say try but don’t expect the outcome like the picture.
There awful, can’t flip them. They are mush on the inside.
Threw them out.
These turned out pretty good! I did add 2 table spoons of oatmeal like others suggested and Blended everything on low for a minute. I did spray a little PAM before pouring the batter, lifted the pancake and sprayed a little more before I flipped it, that really seemed to help, nothing stuck to the pan. I would definitely make these again!
They are not for us. Consistency is awful. My husband said it was like eating a banana slug.
