1 lb. Large Shrimp (Cleaned, Deveined, And Shelled)

2 ½ tbsp Olive Oil

1 ½ tbsp Of Asian Sweet Ginger Garlic Seasoning

¼ cup Dry White Wine

3 cup Fresh Spinach

Directions:

Step 1. Add the shrimp, one tablespoon of olive oil and the ginger seasonings to a large bowl. Toss to coat the shrimp.

Step 2. Add one tablespoon of olive oil to a medium skillet.

Step 3. Heat the olive oil in the skillet. Add the shrimp cooking until the shrimp turn opaque.

Step 4. Add white wine quickly so that it bubbles.

Step 5. Stir to deglaze the skillet working to scrape the bottom.

Step 6. Transfer the cooked shrimp to a bowl covering it with foil to keep it warm.

Step 7. Add the spinach to a skillet with ½ tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 8. Constantly stir the spinach until the leaves become wilted.

Step 9. Toss the shrimp on top of the cooked spinach.

Step 10. Reheat as needed.
