How to make Weight Watchers Funfetti Muffins:
Step 1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the hot water and the lemon Jello until it is completely dissolved.
Step 2. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, whipped topping, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat the ingredients until just blended.
