3 Tbsp. Fresh chopped cilantro
½ Large jalapeno deseeded and finely chopped
Juice from half of a lime
2 tsp. Minced garlic
¼ tsp. Cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Weight Watchers Pico De Gallo:
Step 1. Prepare the ingredients as indicated above.
Step 2. Add the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno to a mixing bowl.
Step 3. Squeeze the juice from half of a lime over the mixture.
Step 4. Sprinkle on the cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
