Ingredients
  

  • 3 Plum tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ Large red onion finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh chopped cilantro
  • ½ Large jalapeno deseeded and finely chopped
  • Juice from half of a lime
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp. Cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients as indicated above.
  • Add the tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapeno to a mixing bowl.
  • Squeeze the juice from half of a lime over the mixture.
  • Sprinkle on the cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix the ingredients together well and serve immediately or chill for several hours if preferred.
