This is a great healthy recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Leave the wrap of this burrito in a bowl. It is so versatile, add more or less of the ingredients below, or you can change things up to suit your taste!

Ingredients:

1 lb Turkey (Ground)

1 packet of Taco Seasoning

1 pt Cherry Tomatoes

1 can Black Beans (Drained)

2-3 Avocado (Peeled and sliced)

1-2 cup Lettuce (Shredded)

½ – 1 cup Cheese (Shredded)

4-6 Eggs (Boiled)

½  cup White Rice (Uncooked)

Directions:

Step 1. Cook ground turkey and add taco seasoning according to package directions.

Step 2. Cook rice according to package directions.

Step 3. Add eggs into a medium pot and fill with water, covering eggs. Add lid.

Step 4. Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes and shut heat off, leaving lid on for 10 minutes.

Step 5. Carefully remove eggs and add to a bowl of cool water.

Step 6. Once cooled, remove shells and cut in half.

Step 7. Prepare all other ingredients.

Step 8. Get a bowl and add all the healthy ingredients you like!
