- 1 lb Turkey Ground
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 1 pt cherry tomatoes
- 1 can black beans Drained
- 2-3 Avocado Peeled and sliced
- 1-2 cup Lettuce Shredded
- ½ - 1 cup Cheese Shredded
- 4-6 Eggs Boiled
- ½ cup White rice Uncooked
Cook ground turkey and add taco seasoning according to package directions.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Add eggs into a medium pot and fill with water, covering eggs. Add lid.
Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes and shut heat off, leaving lid on for 10 minutes.
Carefully remove eggs and add to a bowl of cool water.
Once cooled, remove shells and cut in half.
Prepare all other ingredients.
Get a bowl and add all the healthy ingredients you like!
