Healthy Breakfast Burrito Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Turkey Ground
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 1 pt cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans Drained
  • 2-3 Avocado Peeled and sliced
  • 1-2 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • ½ - 1 cup Cheese Shredded
  • 4-6 Eggs Boiled
  • ½ cup White rice Uncooked

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground turkey and add taco seasoning according to package directions.
  • Cook rice according to package directions.
  • Add eggs into a medium pot and fill with water, covering eggs. Add lid.
  • Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes and shut heat off, leaving lid on for 10 minutes.
  • Carefully remove eggs and add to a bowl of cool water.
  • Once cooled, remove shells and cut in half.
  • Prepare all other ingredients.
  • Get a bowl and add all the healthy ingredients you like!
