Ingredients
  

  • 5 lbs NY strip steak
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 lb. Baby golden potatoes quartered or halved
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 3 Cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • First, warm the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium to high heat.
  • Stir in the potatoes, herbs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook the potatoes stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Set the potatoes aside.
  • Add the second tablespoon of butter and beef pieces to the same skillet.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally for a few minutes until it’s done to your liking.
  • Bring the potatoes back into the skillet and season to taste.
  • Cook for a few more minutes altogether and serve to enjoy.
