First, in a bottom of a slow cooker, layer the cheese slices and stir in the milk, diced green chilis, cumin and chipotle powder. 

Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for about 1-2 hours or until the cheese is completely melted. 

Stir and mix everything. Serve and enjoy.

Can you make it ahead?

Yes, you can make it up to 2 days in advance but reheat it and melt it again just right before serving. It’s always better served freshly made.
