Easy Mexican Restaurant Cheese
This is an excellent summer-inspired pasta recipe that combines the flavours of the veggies such as cherry tomatoes, celery and peppers and the flavours from the pasta, chicken and dressing.
- 1 lb. Deli-sliced white American cheese
- 3-4 Tbsp. Chopped green chilis
- ½ tsp. Cumin
- ⅔ C. Milk
- 1 tsp. Chipotle powder optional
First, in a bottom of a slow cooker, layer the cheese slices and stir in the milk, diced green chilis, cumin and chipotle powder.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for about 1-2 hours or until the cheese is completely melted.
Stir and mix everything. Serve and enjoy.
