Easy Mexican Restaurant Cheese

This is an excellent summer-inspired pasta recipe that combines the flavours of the veggies such as cherry tomatoes, celery and peppers and the flavours from the pasta, chicken and dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Deli-sliced white American cheese
  • 3-4 Tbsp. Chopped green chilis
  • ½ tsp. Cumin
  • C. Milk
  • 1 tsp. Chipotle powder optional

Instructions
 

  • First, in a bottom of a slow cooker, layer the cheese slices and stir in the milk, diced green chilis, cumin and chipotle powder.
  • Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for about 1-2 hours or until the cheese is completely melted.
  • Stir and mix everything. Serve and enjoy.
