Ingredients:
2 Avocados (Ripe)
½ Medium Onion (Chopped)
1 lb. Beef (Ground)
1 package of Taco Seasoning
4 tbsp. Salsa
4 tbsp. Sour Cream
1 cup Mexican Blend Cheese (Shredded)
¼ cup Green Onions (Chopped)

Instructions:
Step 1. Heat a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Step 2. Add the ground beef and the onion, and sauté until the onion has softened and the meat is browned. Drain any extra fat.
Step 3. Mix in the taco seasoning, and sauté another two minutes.
Step 4. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, and scoop most of the flesh out of the center of each half.
Step 5. Fill the avocados with the taco meat.
Step 6. Top with some sprinkled cheese.
Step 7. Add some sour cream and salsa to the top of each taco and garnish with green onions.
