For the icing:
½ cup Brown Sugar
2 cup Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp Milk
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 cup Butter (Softened)
1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions:
Step 1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees and line 12 sections of a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Step 2. Blend together the ingredients for the cupcakes until well combined and smooth.
Step 3. Fill each of the liners with the batter until ¾ of the way full. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow the cupcakes to cool.
Step 4. Blend together the ingredients for the icing, and top each cupcake before you serve.
