For the cupcakes:
- 8 tbsp. Butter Softened
- 1 cup Apple cider
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 ¾ cup All purpose flour
- ½ tsp. Baking soda
- 2 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- ¾ cup sugar Granulated
For the icing:
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 2 cup Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 cup Butter Softened
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Heat the oven to 350 degrees and line 12 sections of a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Blend together the ingredients for the cupcakes until well combined and smooth.
Fill each of the liners with the batter until ¾ of the way full. Bake for 20 minutes.
Allow the cupcakes to cool.
Blend together the ingredients for the icing, and top each cupcake before you serve.
