Ingredients:

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

2 tsp. Garlic (Minced)

2 Large Russet Potatoes (Cut into french fry strips)

3 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

¼ tsp. Garlic Powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Step 1. Line a baking sheet with tin foil, and preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

Step 2. Place the potato strips on the baking sheet in an even layer.

Step 3. Drizzle the potatoes with the olive oil and toss with the minced garlic to combine well.

Step 4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until crispy and brown.

Step 6. Toss with the Parmesan cheese and garlic powder before serving.
