  • 2 tsp. Garlic Minced
  • 2 Large Russet Potatoes Cut into french fry strips
  • 3 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • ΒΌ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with tin foil, and preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • Place the potato strips on the baking sheet in an even layer.
  • Drizzle the potatoes with the olive oil and toss with the minced garlic to combine well.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes until crispy and brown.
  • Toss with the Parmesan cheese and garlic powder before serving.
