Christmas is swiftly approaching. These cookies are the best thing!

So if you love those traditional red and white candy canes as much as I do, then these Chocolate Candy Cane Cake Cookies are right up your alley!

Ingredients

1 box of triple chocolate cake mix

⅓  C unsalted sweet cream butter, melted

2 large eggs

¾ C Semi-sweet chocolate chips

¾ C crushed peppermint candy

1 C white chocolate peppermint bark chunks

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper

Step 2: Using a large bowl, beat the cake mix, butter, and eggs until combined

Step 3: Fold in the ½ C of chocolate chips, ½ C of crushed peppermint candy, and ½ C of the white chocolate peppermint bark chunks

Step 4: Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop out the dough and place it onto the cookie sheet and gentle press down into a disk

Step 5: Bake in the oven for 8 minutes

Step 6: Remove from oven and sprinkle a few more of the chocolate chips, crushed peppermint candy and white chocolate peppermint chunks

Step 7: Allow to cool completely before enjoying with a large glass of milk!
