Chocolate Candy Cane Cake Cookies

It's almost the most wonderful time of the year! So why not add your favorite traditional red and white candy into chocolate chip cookies? Super moist and full of white and dark chocolate chunks with sprinkles of delicious candy cane to bring the festive feeling to your belly.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of triple chocolate cake mix
  • C unsalted sweet cream butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ C Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ C crushed peppermint candy
  • 1 C white chocolate peppermint bark chunks

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Using a large bowl, beat the cake mix, butter, and eggs until combined.
  • Fold in the ½ C of chocolate chips, ½ C of crushed peppermint candy, and ½ C of the white chocolate peppermint bark chunks.
  • Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop out the dough and place it onto the cookie sheet and gentle press down into a disk.
  • Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle a few more of the chocolate chips, crushed peppermint candy and white chocolate peppermint chunks.
  • Allow to cool completely before enjoying with a large glass of milk!
