This was the easiest cake to make. It was also the best tasting, lightest cake, ever. I’ll be adding next time maraschino cherries for color and bake in 9×13 pan.

What size of crushed pineapple???
What size of crushed pineapple?
How many points per serving, if we were to leave out the can of pineapple rings, and use the crushed pineapple only? Thank you.
We’re do you get angel cake mix
Our WalMart and Kroger has Angel Food cake mix.
Seriously? In a grocery store
Do you add ingredients on cake mix box to cake along with the pineapple?
Do you drain the crushed pineapple?
no
What size can of crushed pineapple?
8 pts for the whole cake???
8 it’s for what? A slice? The whole cake!! I’m on BLUE so what does that mean for me?? Also, drain the crushed pineapple??
I guess when it says 2 ingredients it’s just the pineapple (including juice in the can) and the cake mix. I would also have 2 smaller cans of crushed pineapple handy In case 1 isn’t enough. I would enter the ingredients in the recipe make to see how the pts come out for your color plan.
I’ve made this cake before and it’s a 15-16 oz can of crushed pineapple, undrained. Don’t pay attention to the ingredients on the box, it’s just cake mix and crushed pineapple only, follow the directions on the box for baking. My recipe doesn’t have the sliced pineapple on top of the cake, just mix the two ingredients together and pour it into the pan. As far as the WW points, I don’t have a clue.
@Trudy Mann, Can’t find answer anywhere …. Did you use pineapple with REGULAR SYRUP or in NATURAL JUICE? I know your comment is from nearly 2 yrs ago, but hope you see and can answer this for me. TY
Please explain the points? Is it 8 per per serving or cake?
It’s 8 per serving. So not exactly really WW friendly.
Angel food cake is 4 pts a slice
How many Slices does this cake feed? I made it before and love it. So excited I can have this on WW.
The very top of the recipe says Serves 10.
How many personal points on the new program? Thankyou
