This homemade Chicken and Broccoli stir fry recipe is an easy 15-minute meal and an ideal dish for busy weeknights.
SO GOOD and family-friendly too!

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp.Olive oil
1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
1 lb. Boneless Skinless chicken breasts cut into pieces
2 tsp. Coldwater
2 tsp. Cornstarch
2 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. Honey
¼ C. Soy sauce
2 tsp. Swad Giger paste
4 C. Fresh Broccoli florets
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Add the olive and sesame oil to a skillet over medium-high heat.
Mix in the chicken and saute until cooked through.
In a bowl, mix together the cold water and cornstarch until smooth.
Stir the hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, and ginger paste into the cornstarch mixture until well combined.
Reduce the heat in the skillet to medium and add in the broccoli.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, cover, and cook until the broccoli is softened and the sauce has thickened.

Skinny 15 Minute Sesame Chicken and Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp.Olive oil

- 2 tsp. Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- ¼ C. Soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Swad Giger paste
- 4 C. Fresh Broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add the olive and sesame oil to a skillet over medium high heat.
- Mix in the chicken and saute until cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix together the cold water and cornstarch until smooth.
- Stir the hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce and ginger paste into the cornstarch mixture until well combined.
- Reduce the heat in the skillet to medium and add in the broccoli.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, cover, and cook until the broccoli is softened and the sauce has thickened.
