Skinny 15 Minute Sesame Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp.Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 1 lb. Boneless Skinless chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 2 tsp. Cold water
  • 2 tsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • ¼ C. Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. Swad Giger paste
  • 4 C. Fresh Broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the olive and sesame oil to a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Mix in the chicken and saute until cooked through.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cold water and cornstarch until smooth.
  • Stir the hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce and ginger paste into the cornstarch mixture until well combined.
  • Reduce the heat in the skillet to medium and add in the broccoli.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, cover, and cook until the broccoli is softened and the sauce has thickened.
