0 Point Chili in the Crockpot

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 4 hours | Servings: 6

Ingredients:

1 Can Diced tomatoes (0pts)

1 Can Kidney beans drained (0pts)

1 Can Rotel (0pts)

1 Onion chopped (0pts)

1 Tbsp. Chili powder (0pts)

1 tsp. Cumin (0pts)

1 lb. Ground chicken (I used 98% fat-free uncooked ground chicken=0pts)

1 tsp. Salt (0pts)

Cayenne pepper to taste (0pts)

How to make this 0 Point Chili in the Crockpot:

Step 1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove.

Add the ground chicken and saute until cooked through.

Step 2. Add the chicken to the crockpot.

Step 3. Pour the rest of the ingredients over the chicken and stir.

Step 4. Set the crockpot to high, and cook for four hours.
