Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can Diced tomatoes 0pts
  • 1 Can Kidney beans drained 0pts
  • 1 Can Rotel 0pts
  • 1 Onion chopped 0pts
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili powder 0pts
  • 1 tsp. Cumin 0pts
  • 1 lb. Ground chicken I used 98% fat-free uncooked ground chicken=0pts
  • 1 tsp. Salt 0pts
  • Cayenne pepper to taste 0pts

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium high heat on the stove. Add the ground chicken and saute until cooked through.
  • Add the chicken to the crockpot.
  • Pour the rest of the ingredients over the chicken and stir.
  • Set the crockpot to high, and cook for four hours.
