- 1 Can Diced tomatoes 0pts
- 1 Can Kidney beans drained 0pts
- 1 Can Rotel 0pts
- 1 Onion chopped 0pts
- 1 Tbsp. Chili powder 0pts
- 1 tsp. Cumin 0pts
- 1 lb. Ground chicken I used 98% fat-free uncooked ground chicken=0pts
- 1 tsp. Salt 0pts
- Cayenne pepper to taste 0pts
Heat a skillet over medium high heat on the stove. Add the ground chicken and saute until cooked through.
Add the chicken to the crockpot.
Pour the rest of the ingredients over the chicken and stir.
Set the crockpot to high, and cook for four hours.
