Ingredients:
2 ½ cup Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
½ cup White Sugar
¾ cup Brown Sugar
16 tbsp. Butter (Softened)
2 Large Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ tsp. Almond Extract
1 cup Macadamia Nuts (Chopped)
1 cup White Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2. In a mixing bowl, blend together all of the ingredients except for the white chocolate chips and the macadamia nuts.
Step 3. Fold the nuts and chocolate chips into the batter.
Step 4. Drop the batter by the spoonful onto the baking sheet.
Step 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
