Ingredients:

  • Onions
  • Oregano
  • Butter
  • Sgarlic powder
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • Shredded parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Shredded Italian blend cheese

How to make Tennessee Onions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 13×9-inch baking dish.

Cut the onions into ¼-inch slices, separating out the rings.

Put them in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the oregano, garlic, and salt on top.

Cut the butter into 8 pieces, arranging them over the onions.

Sprinkle the cheddar and Italian blend cheeses on top.

Bake for about 35 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling.

Can You Make It Ahead?

Yes, you can but you’ll have to warm it back up in the oven because you’ll want the cheese to melt again.
