6-8 Chicken Wings

½ tsp. Celery Salt

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

2 tbsp. Poultry Seasoning

1 tbsp. Paprika

1 tbsp. Cajun Seasoning

3 tsp. Onion Powder

1 Bell Pepper (Sliced)

1 Onion (Sliced)

For the gravy:

Drippings from the turkey wings

½ cup All Purpose Flour

3 cup Chicken Broth

1 tsp. Onion Powder

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

Step 1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. Place the chicken wings into a large bowl with the onion powder, cajun seasoning, paprika, poultry seasonings, garlic powder and celery salt. Mix to coat well.

Step 3. Add the wings to a large baking sheet, and place the onions and peppers on top.

Step 4. Cover the baking sheet with tin foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Step 5. Remove the pan from the oven and drain off the drippings. Place the pan back into the oven.

Step 6. In a skillet over medium heat, add the drippings and the flour. Stir to combine well.

Step 7. Whisk in the broth a little at a time, and then add in the garlic powder and onion powder.

Step 8. Saute until the gravy is thick.

Step 9. Pour the gravy over the turkey legs and bake for another 30 minutes uncovered.
