In a large mixing bowl, place the popcorn and pecans.
In a saucepan over medium heat, stir in the brown sugar, honey, and butter and bring to a boil. Stir constantly to prevent it from burning. Remove from heat and stir the vanilla and baking soda.
Pour the sauce all over the popcorn and pecans and stir until combined.
