Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven to 250 F or 130 C degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, place the popcorn and pecans.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, stir in the brown sugar, honey, and butter and bring to a boil. Stir constantly to prevent it from burning. Remove from heat and stir the vanilla and baking soda.
  • Pour the sauce all over the popcorn and pecans and stir until combined.
  • Transfer the popcorn to a prepared baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for about 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes for even baking.
  • Enjoy.
