Ingredients:
1 Onion (Sliced)
4 cup Green Cabbage (Chopped)
2 lb. Red Baby Potatoes
1 cup Carrots (Sliced)
3 tsp. Garlic (Minced)
8-10 cup Chicken Broth
1 Package Polish Kielbasa (Sliced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1. Saute the kielbasa slices until browned and remove from the pot.
Step 2. Add the onion and cabbage to the large pot, and saute until becoming tender.
Step 3. Mix the carrots, garlic, potatoes and sausage back into the pot.
Step 4. Pour the chicken broth to cover the ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5. Bring to a boil, reduce to medium low heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
