Whiskey Pineapple Chicken

Pineapple chicken is a delicious, Hawaiian dish made with chicken, garlic, pineapple, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. But there’s a special ingredient in this one, which gives it an especially amazing flavor, and that’s bourbon! This goes so well with the sweetness of the pineapple juice and adds a rich, caramel flavor to the chicken. Try it once and you’ll definitely agree this is a magical combination of ingredients, and the bourbon adds a great touch to this Hawaiian chicken with pineapple dish.

If you like, you can sub whisky or, if you don’t want to use alcohol, you can use whisky flavoring drops instead, or else just omit this flavor altogether if you want. The chicken breasts are first marinated in the pineapple, bourbon, and garlic mixture to infuse them with wonderful flavors, and then the following day they are coated with more BBQ sauce and then cooked to perfection, for a very juicy result.
