Ingredients:

  • puff pastry 
  • Ground beef
  • taco seasoning
  • Shredded gouda cheese
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Tomatoes chopped
  • Sour cream and chopped green onions for garnish

How to make Pillsbury crescent roll taco bake:

First, preheat your oven to 350 F or 180 C degrees. 

Over medium heat, cook the ground beef in a large skillet until browned. Drain any excess fat. 

Stir in the taco seasoning to the meat and mix until combined. 

Unroll the puff pastry and layer it in the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan or casserole dish. 

Layer the cooked meat on top and sprinkle with some grated cheese on top of the meat mixture. 

Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the dough is browned and cooked. 

Let it cool for 10 minutes, and top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato. 

If you like, you can sprinkle some chopped green onions on top.

  • 1 ½ C. Shredded gouda cheese
  • Shredded lettuce
