This Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers recipe is special for lovers of strong flavors. So prepare your palate to receive a unique flavor explosion.

Ingredients:

1 lb. Beef (Ground)

1 Onion (Chopped)

2 tbsp. Ketchup

8 oz. Mushrooms (Chopped)

1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1 cup Beef broth

8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)

3 Bell Peppers

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions:

Step 1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. Saute the ground beef and onions in a skillet until the meat is browned and the onions are softened.

Step 3. Stir in the chopped mushrooms and saute a few minutes longer.

Step 4. Mix in the worcestershire sauce, ketchup and beef broth as well as salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5. Continue to simmer until the liquid has absorbed.

Step 6. Remove the tops from the bell peppers and take the seeds out of the insides.

Step 7. Fill the peppers with the meat mixture and place into a baking dish.

Step 8. Sprinkle with the cheese.

Step 9. Bake covered with tin foil for 45 minutes.
