  • Eggs
  • Lean Beef 8 Ground)
  • Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Garlic Minced
  • Onion Powder
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • Gouda cheese
  • Gouda Cheese Shredded

How to make Philly Cheese Meatloaf:

Step 1. First, preheat your oven to 350 F or 180 C degrees. 

Step 2. In a nonstick frying pan over medium heat, cook the onions and peppers in some oil until they are softened. 

Step 3. In a large mixing bowl, palace the ground beef, cooked onions and peppers, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and onion powder.

Then season with salt and pepper to taste. 

Step 4. Shape half of the mixture into a loaf shape on a flat baking tray lined with a piece of parchment paper. 

Step 5. Top with 1 cup of grated cheese and spread the remaining meat mixture, forming the whole thing into a loaf.

Make sure the cheese is all inside. 

Step 6. Bake for about 30 minutes, and just right before ending, top with the remaining cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes.
