Philly Cheese Meatloaf

Do you remember when you made meatloaf last time? If you can’t, that’s a sign for you to make one and enjoy it with your loved ones. Not any kind of meatloaf but this Philly Cheese meatloaf.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper Chopped
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 lb. Lean Beef 8 Ground)
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp. Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • 1 cup gouda cheese shredded
  • ½ cup gouda Cheese Shredded

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven to 350 F or 180 C degrees.
  • In a nonstick frying pan over medium heat, cook the onions and peppers in some oil until they are softened.
  • In a large mixing bowl, palace the ground beef, cooked onions and peppers, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and onion powder and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Shape half of the mixture into a loaf shape on a flat baking tray lined with a piece of parchment paper.
  • Top with 1 cup of grated cheese and spread the remaining meat mixture, forming the whole thing into a loaf. Make sure the cheese is all inside.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes, and just right before ending, top with the remaining cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes.
