Can You Make It Ahead?

You can make this a few days ahead. Cover the bowl or dish with plastic wrap to help keep it fresh.

Storage Instructions:

Keep this orange creamsicle fluff in the fridge and use within 3 days. You can also freeze it in portions for up to 2 months, thawing it in the fridge overnight before serving.

Variations and Substitutions:

You can use a different flavor of Jell-O (even the sugar-free kind) and also sub another flavor of pudding for the vanilla cheesecake. Make sure you’re using “instant” pudding though, not the mix that has to be cooked. You can use freshly whipped cream in place of the Cool Whip too, or even use another kind of canned fruit instead of the mandarin orange segments.
