Orange Creamsicle Fluff
Not every mouthwatering dessert recipe has to be hard to make. In fact, the following orange creamsicle fluff is really easy. Even a beginner home cook will be able to achieve perfect results with ease. Orange Jell-O is the basis of the dessert, along with instant vanilla cheesecake pudding, and then you also need Cool Whip, canned mandarin orange segments, and mini marshmallows.

- 11 ounces canned mandarin oranges
- 1 box instant vanilla cheesecake pudding
- 1 box orange Jell-O
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1½ cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 cup boiling water
- Sprig of fresh mint to garnish optional
Whisk the Jell-O powder in a bowl with the boiling water until it dissolves.
Pour in the cold water, then put the bowl in the fridge for 20 minutes to chill.
Next add the pudding mix to the Jell-O mixture and whisk again.
Chill for another 20 minutes or until thick.
Now stir in the marshmallows and Cool Whip.
Add the mandarin orange segments (without the juice) to the bowl.
Pour the whole thing into a pretty glass serving dish or perhaps individual serving glasses.
Chill for about 1½ hours, then serve, garnished with a sprig of mint.
