How to make One Point Weight Watchers Muffins:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. In a food processor or mixing bowl, combine the items and blend on high until well combined into a smooth batter.

Step 3. Fill 6 cupcake liners about ¾ of the way full in a muffin tin.

Step 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and browned on top.
