I don’t normally post deals but I NEEDED to let my readers know that Kmart announced store closures across the country happening in mid-April, 2016. While I don’t have a full list, it does include:
- Superior, Wis., Virginia, Minn., and Ironwood, Mich
- Ottumwa, IA
- Terre Haute, IN.
According to a representative, the closures are part of a plan to restructure the brand and to minimize a loss in profits. The store closure list will increase as more info is released. Starting January 24th the affected stores will begin liquidation – which means you may be able to find some incredible deals! One of my favorite places to look for deals is My Personal Shopper – be sure to visit them often when looking for sales at Sears and Kmart. (thanks to MPS for the information on this announcement).
