Ingredients:
3 cup Chicken (Shredded)
8 Flour Tortillas
2 cup Cheddar Jack Cheese (Shredded)
3 tbsp. Flour
3 tbsp. Butter
2 cup Chicken Broth
1 cup Sour Cream
1 Can Green Chilis (Diced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Step 2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and the flour together. Stir to combine, and saute until smooth.
Step 3. Pour in the chicken broth and sour cream until combined.
Step 4. Mix in the green chilis and salt to taste. Bring to a boil and allow to thicken.
Step 5. In a bowl, mix together the chicken, a cup of the cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6. Fill each tortilla with some of the chicken mixture, roll them closed and line them in the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 7. Top the tortillas with the sauce and bake for 20-25 minutes.
