Ingredients:

1 lb. Beef (Lean and Ground)

½ cup Yellow Onion (Finely chopped)

¼ cup Panko

1 tsp Garlic (Minced)

1 Large Egg

¼ cup Parmesan Cheese (Finely grated)

4 tbsp Ketchup

1 tsp Kosher Salt

¼ tsp Black Pepper

½ tbsp Parsley (Dried and minced)

Directions:

Step 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray

Step 2. Add the onion, panko, minced garlic, egg, cheese, ketchup, salt, pepper and minced parsley in a large bowl. Mix well.

Step 3. Stir in ground beef. Gently mix together and form 1 inch meat balls. Put on prepared cookie sheet.

Step 4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
