Ingredients:
1 cup Butter
2 cup Sugar (Granulated)
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Light Corn Syrup
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
1 ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Step 1. Place the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat on the stove. Stir until melted and combined.

Step 2. Mix in the light corn syrup, evaporated milk and heavy whipping cream until it comes to a boil.
Step 3. Boil until the mixture is 250 degrees.
Step 4. Take the saucepan off of the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Step 5. Pour the mixture into a well greased baking dish and let cool to room temperature.
Step 6. Chill the caramel in the fridge until hardened enough to slice before serving.
