Ingredients:
For the cake:
1 cup Sugar
3 cup Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 ½ cup Milk
2 Large Eggs
8 Tbsp. Butter (Melted)
For the topping:
2 Sticks of Butter (Softened)
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Flour
For the frosting:
4 oz. Cream Cheese (Softened)
1 ½ cup Powdered Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
4 Tbsp. Milk
Instructions:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Blend together the ingredients for the cake until smooth.
Step 3. Spread the batter in a well greased 9×13 baking dish.
Step 4. Mix together the ingredients for the topping, and spoon over the cake batter in the dish.
Step 5. Swirl the topping into the cake batter.
Step 6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until cooked through.
Step 7. Let the cake cool slightly.
Step 8. Beat together the ingredients for the frosting, and ice the cake while still warm.
